I've bought some coconut flour and would like to experiment with it. Unfortunately most recipes I've found call for mixing the coconut flour with almond meal. My boyfriend, who is going primal/paleo with me, is sadly allergic to most nuts, so I'm trying to find some creative solutions for when we crave baked goods. (Muffins, cake, cookies, bars etc.)
