I made this last week and it was good, but high calorie. To flip it, place another pan on top of the half-baked pizza, turn them over together, remove the parchment and put it back on first pan, put pizza back and bake it the remainder time.
It tasted like real whole grain pizza crust to me -- without the grain ;-).
Actually, we were making a pizza for my non-paleo husband and I wanted to bake them both at the same time, so I used a higher temp for a shorter period of time. It worked fine.
