I got some grassfed "minute steaks" basically shaved steak and cut them in strips, onion, peppers, mushrooms, garlic, frozen asparagus, frozen snow peas. Added Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and steak seasoning (all Simply Organic. This does make a difference they have more flavor.) Finished it with Coconut Aminos and a pinch of cayenne for some kick!
