The ingredients on the bottle are Water, Arbol and pequin peppers, salt, vinegar, spices, and xanthan gum. I want to learn how to make something that tastes like this without the xanthan gum and questionable spices. It has a Mexican food flair I really like.

I have finally gotten this to where I really like it! Hope you all do as well!
12 eggs 1# sausage 1 bunch Krispy Kale (or sautee first until well cooked) 1/2 pkg. mushrooms, chooped 1/2 onion, chopped Organic shortening (Palm Oil) or Coconut oil to grease the pan Salt & Pepper to taste, and whateverfavorite seasonings you have Optional: 1/4-1/2 cup flaxmeal and 1 tsp baking powder added to egg mixture. Makes it more cakey and firmer.
Grease baking dish liberally (I use a small Pyrex dish with most success, have used a jelly roll pan as well). Beat eggs until scrambled. Cook sausage, crumbling as it cooks. When done add mushrooms and cook until soft and brown. Remove from heat. Crumble Krispy Kale or chop kale into small pieces. Add sausage/mushroom mixture to baking dish. Add chopped onions and kale. Pour eggs over all, top with salt and pepper. Bake at 325 for about 30 minutes, turning pan and checking for doneness with a toothpick every 10 minutes or so. Cooking times may vary. Makes about 6 servings.
