A juicy steak with the strong taste of bleu cheese is to die for!
GRILLED RIB EYE WITH BLEU CHEESE -
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. water
2 T. tamari (fresh soy)
1 med. sweet onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
freshly cracked pepper
2 (12 oz.) rib eye steaks
1/4 c. bleu cheese, crumbled
Combine first 6 ingredients and put in zip log bag in fridge for 2 hours. Grill 5-7 min. Turn and top carefully with bleu cheese. Cover and grill another 5-7. Times will vary depending on your grill.
