Marinated Flank Steak -
3/4 c. cooking oil (I used Grapeseed)
1/4 c. honey*
1/4 c. tamari (natural soy)*
2T. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 t. ginger
1 onion, diced
1-2 cloves of garlic, pressed
Mix and pour marinade over flank steak and let it sit for several hours or overnight. If you have a Food Saver Marinade bowl, that works much faster!
Cook to your liking on the grill and slice into thin slices. This is a summer favorite of ours, but I just made it tonight again...and it's January!
*I know soy is not Paleo (don't think honey is either?) but the way I look at it, it adds so much flavor and the marinade is tossed, anyway!
