I use Body Fortress from Walmart .. Working great for me.

Ya, ON Gold Standard 100% whey is cheaper when compared to other brands and doesn't have a ton of additives like maltodextrin. It has a real good blend of aminos and recovery nutrients. I dig it.

In the case of a nuclear war I wanna be somewhere where I can say, "WTF was THAT!?"

I like Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein. I have tried walmart brand and some others. I didn't like them much. The ON taste a lot better and also mixes well.

Does anyone have a take on using Whey and if so what is the best one? I am looking at adding it into my diet for muscle recovery and repair
