I think that most of us make 'New Year's Resolutions', but do we actually stick to them? I saw a article on T.V. recently which stated that the people who wrote down their goals, told others about them and revisited them regularly were more likely to stick to them. I'm going to keep myself accountable. 1) Eat whole foods, mostly fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. 2) Do more exercise, try to include as many fun, incidental activities as possible. 3) Declutter my house and yard.
