Waist same at 38.75.

How's everyone else doing. All these October sweets are ganging up on me...LOL and now I am seeing the EggNog in the Milk area at the store now which is one of my fav's but need to try to control myself around.

Hey MRESENDE1, I am in the same boat this week with eating bad.
And as such I weigh in today at 166 :( Still working on my Cardio kick start, my bad knee has been hurting a bit this last week so I missed today's but I am gonna make it up tomorrow :)

I did my Sunday weigh-in today and I was 193.3 lbs and 38.75 inches
Have 2 more weeks of NFL TC then it is on to EA Sports Active 2 9 week Hard

Hope everyone has been ACTIVE this week. Looking forward to my weigh-in emoticon on Sunday morning. In general I have been up and down in the weight department these past couple weeks so should be interesting to see. These next 3 months are tough for me b/c of all the wonderful and tasty treats emoticon emoticon ... will just have to take 1 or 2 instead of 4 or 5 emoticon . Thank you MRESENDE1 for reminding me. Sorry about that... in all my excitement I seemed to have missed that emoticon .

Yes... Lets continue to post our weight (kg or lbs) and inches (cm or inches) once a week, on Monday, for the duration of the challenge and the last post for this challenge will be on Oct 31 which is a Wednesday. If you find you will not be able to post on Monday don't worry, just post when you can and I will get the stats updated through the week.

Here's the scoop:

Looking at setting up a challenge to shed some pounds, inches, or just try to maintain. That halloween CANDY is calling and I am looking at shedding a few pounds before I get to put some of it back on with CANDY... yummmmmm. emoticon

This challenge will feature EA Sports Active, More Workouts, EA Sports Active 2, and NFL Training Camp. (Note: Your weekly routine must feature one of these programs to participate, but you can include everything else you are already doing as well).
------------------------------

We will keep track of Weight in pounds / kilograms and Waist in Inches / centimeters which I will post to a spreadsheet and post it in this challenge thread so all can see it.

Do we have any takers for such a challenge??

The start date will be Sept. 17th and finish Oct. 31st on Halloween night.

No need to restart at the beginning... just continue where your at in your program.

If you accept this challenge record your Weight in lbs/kg and/or Waist inches/cm by Sept 17th (or anytime during the challenge period). You can enter one or the other or both... your choice. Also enter which programs you will be using (Active 1, More workouts, Sports Active 2, and also NFL TC). I personally will be using NFL TC until October 5th then will use EA Sports Active 2 for the remainder. You can do any variation of the programs you wish (cardio kick start, 9wk, 60 day challenge, or custom workouts).

We will try to make this as painless as possible ... LOL
If there are any questions or comments we can work through them as we go.
