Well, its finally November! With Thanksgiving and other major holidays right around the corner I know we are all going to be tempted with LOTS of foods and unhealthy choices. On top of that we are going to be hit with colder weather and it will be harder to get out and get active. So for the month of November I want everyone to sit down and come up with a plan for getting through the holidays. How are you going to eat healthier (remember to allow room for some special treats!) and how are you going to stay active? Do you have a gym membership or just a treadmill or videos at home? If we start now and stick to our plans then the holidays won't be something we regret afterwards! Good luck everyone!

8th Goal: MAINTAIN HEALTHY WEIGHT!!! :)
