I already cut out the pot three or four years ago. And I quit going to fast food about 6 months ago. But I do have problems with the sweets.

Sounds good AmyAnn. These kind of things seem to slip away from us sometimes. I do try to refresh at least once a month.
How long has it been since anyone has looked at their goals and re-evaluated or changed what their daily/weekly goals are? I just looked at mine and added a new one. Now I have the standard set from SP, my goal of no pop, and my new goal of no fast food. If its been a while since you looked at your goals please check them out and see where any changes are needed to help keep you motivated and on track. To see them go to My Trackers, Other Goals, and see what you have going on there.
1st Goal: lose 10% be at 231 Met 2/10/2012 :)
2nd Goal: lose 10% be at 208
3rd Goal: Lose 10% be at 187
4th Goal: Lose 10% be at 168
5th Goal: Lose 10% be at 151
6th Goal: Lose 10% be at 136
7th Goal: Lose 4% be at 130
8th Goal: MAINTAIN HEALTHY WEIGHT!!! :)
