i do cardio 45 four times a week instead of 150 minutes week i do 180..a week four maybe that would be worded different i could do that.. the i personal goal per week don't know what that meant kinda confused me oh yeah the calories the way it is worded like you track once a week and stay in your calories or you track each day a week and stay in your calories that one confused me.
idea????? maybe stretch after cardio??? don't know have to think bout it
one one of my teams the mederterian way we are given points for different stuff we do and add it up 5 points for each five minutes of cardio up to 100 points a day 15 points for not eating junk food stuff like that, that is pretty cool but we are just doing it for one week... and then we post it to challenges page
Well, actually I do water -- a TON of water, lol! I have just found it too time consuming to track it. In fact, because of IE, I don't track anything minus my exercise but that is for my doctors if they want the info for my pregnancy.
You're so funny. I set the goals, but never used them, lol! Good luck getting them figured out! Looks like you're on track for making some very positive changes for the team!!!!
