I haven't done an EASA challenge in a long time, actually, I've never finished one. Today, I was back to step aerobics (30 minutes hard). I'm going on a trip in a few weeks, so maybe I'll give it at try again. At least start one again. I do love the variety of workouts.

I think I'm going to start a new EASA more workouts challenge tomorrow. I think those are 6-week challenges? It's been so long since I've done any of them that I forget! Stay tuned...
