As Chrismas is quickly approaching I thought it might be helpful for some of us to post what our biggest challenge is while we are trying to get healthy. Please share with us and read what others post. Maybe you can give some support, motivation, or helpful advice!
My biggest challenge during the holidays is staying away from the Christmas cookies and Chex Mix! I LOVE homemade cookies and chex mix so much! Many times it is hard for me to have just one serving. I really have to watch myself or I can end up eating a whole tray of cookies or half the chex mix recipe.
To help combat this I have tried chewing gum, eating fruits and veggies, and doing Christmas crafts/decorating to keep busy!
1st Goal: lose 10% be at 231 Met 2/10/2012 :)
2nd Goal: lose 10% be at 208
3rd Goal: Lose 10% be at 187
4th Goal: Lose 10% be at 168
5th Goal: Lose 10% be at 151
6th Goal: Lose 10% be at 136
7th Goal: Lose 4% be at 130
8th Goal: MAINTAIN HEALTHY WEIGHT!!! :)
