I'm checking to see how you ladies are doing. I'm pleased to say that I'm down 3 pounds (I went up to 170 so 1 pound over my start weight) and doing some form of exercise every single day. I'm taking a day off every week from really big time exercise but I still get exercise in by running around with Sophia or going shopping or something. I'm working with my Wii Sport almost daily. I'm also trying to get back up to my 5k distance for walking by Friday of this week coming up. I want to know how you are doing! Let's keep encouraging each other. :)
