Have had a total "mind flip" in that I have broken through some things that had been holding me back and making me feel like I wasn't worth losing weight, etc. Totally excited about this year, although I know it will be a lot of hard work and determination to get me there.
My goals are:
To hit my goal weight of 140 by:
Strength training and cardio activity on a daily basis;
Tracking my food to be accountable for what I am eating and add in fruits, veggies, and more protein.
I am also planning on joining some of my children in running a 5K at Christmas time.
