Hey all. Today we will be doing high cardio and low strength. Let's try to get at least 30 minutes of walking in. You can break it down into sessions of like 10 minutes if you wish. (I will be because of my walking back and forth from house to school and back. :) Have a good day. I hope to put in some stuff tomorrow for Thursday as well as Friday because I'm off to Virginia for visitation with my Kat! :)
