I am training for the Chickamauga Half Marathon in November. I have a modest goal to finish in under 4 hours. I think I can do it and I am working toward making sure that happens. Here is my challenge to you. Sign up for an event this month and start training for it. A 5k, a 10 mile bike ride, an exercise class of some kind. Anything that gets you out and moving! Share your progress here and inspire someone!
