It is alot like Spark People. You learn how to track your food and make some healthier choices. We read labels and learn how to understand that you can't believe the bs they put on the front of the package.
And we do Aerobic exercise at the BCBST gym twice a week. I love Kyle, but he does not cut us any slack. The exercises are simple and require no special equipment. We start with wall push ups, do bicep curls, arm lifts, arm circles, sit n stands, and squats. And last night we added in bicycle curls. Lay on the floor, put your hands behind your head, and touch your right elbow to your left knee. Yeah, that one made my stomach muscles cramp.
It's about lifestyle change and understanding that a 100 calorie pack of cookies may not be as good as a large Pink Lady apple when it comes to filling you up and satisfying that sweet tooth. It's excellent.
