Hard boiled eggs are high in protein.
Popovers are also high in protein and low in carbs.
Plain yogourt is also very good, but be careful to check the nutritional info to make sure there isn't sugar. Many yogourts have too much sugar!
Half a tuna sandwich is also a good snack.
It's so important to eat protein with most meals, especially when trying to lose weight.

I recently started getting those for my husband because we get up at five for him to go to work and no time for breakfast. It actually holds him over until his first break, I was surprised. I like the zone bars.
