ohhhh that's what it's called! my teacher did a floorwork class one quarter (and one quarter only, sadly), and she had us do those each week. it really IS great for all sorts of backbends etc.

Man, can I sympathize with those! Add in TOM and some back pain from that, too. Actually, (confession) I didn't do the exercise - was on the bike instead, and my back was protesting after that. I've got a road bike and spent a good bit of time in the drops or on the hoods, which stresses my lower back a bit.

haha no I have back protests after genie sits, bananas and superman poses....whew!

Vegetables are a must on a diet. I suggest carrot cake, zucchini bread and pumpkin pie.
