GOAL: Dance for 10 minutes each day through the end of the month.
PROCESS: 1 - Select a song or short routine - approx 10 minutes. 2 - Each day, warm up for a good 5 minutes.. 3 - Dance for 10 minutes.
Feeling fit? - do 15 min, or 20 min... Just be sure to dance to the same music each time.
RESULT: You will KNOW this music inside and out. Each nuance and accent will be etched into your dance being.
