It's funny because Suhaila (who is usually credited with the glute squeeze exercise) is like, "That is NOT the most important thing in this program! I don't want my format to be all about glutes!" LOL. But it sure is fun, and it's a darn cool party trick :)

Long straight hair, wears MeloPhoenix pants and has glasses. I met about a couple of dozen people in the three days. :-D She travels a lot to classes!!!
I am up for the challenge. I not only glute squeeze, I sometimes just bounce or do omis on my balance ball. :-)

You pansy you! LOL Treadmill would be nice, but I've really kind of thought about those little bicycle pedal things like they use for knee rehab. My mom had one, and it surely would fit nicely under my desk.
Can't say today's been boring. One girl on vacation, and I've been filling customer service instead of accounting.

WTH?! I just did the 35-minute beginners challenge on the Spark Fitness page and now my arms and legs are shaking! What a puss!
BUT -- this is one way to accomplish that "do 15 minutes of exercise while watching TV" goal I set. I'm so bored at work right now, I could probably bring in a treadmill and walk at my desk.
