It's funny because Suhaila (who is usually credited with the glute squeeze exercise) is like, "That is NOT the most important thing in this program! I don't want my format to be all about glutes!" LOL. But it sure is fun, and it's a darn cool party trick :)
You pansy you! LOL Treadmill would be nice, but I've really kind of thought about those little bicycle pedal things like they use for knee rehab. My mom had one, and it surely would fit nicely under my desk.
Can't say today's been boring. One girl on vacation, and I've been filling customer service instead of accounting.
