Hey 4REDPEPPERS! Thank you for your post. When I stepped into the "leader" roll, I wasn't part of the challenge, ovbiously, but we can most certainly start a new one! Ideas? Let me think on this for a few and then we'll get one in motion! Thanks again for your post!

The last post in team challenges is over a year old! Oh dear, I assume that reflects a lack of enthusiasm. I am enthusiastic right now and need help staying that way. I am about to finish (tomorrow) the Official Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge. If I don't have a plan, I will quit strength training. Starting Sunday, I am going to try the Official 28-Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge. The Spring Challenge was difficult for me and I am not sure the 28-Day Challenge will be any easier but I need something to keep me accountable. Does anyone want to do it with me? It would be nice to have a pcos friend to check in with each day on the course of this challenge.
