Leslie Sansone videos cuz I'm tracking miles and I only have iTreadmill and it's just easier when the video tells you how many miles you're doing in what length of time. Will I ever get a Spark activity tracker? I haven't been offered one for free to write a blog about it and it seems that it really can't be used to track swimming (am I wrong, fine print is confusing). Plus Canadians were excluded from the Trick or Track challenge after rush ordering- it doesn't say US only on the main article. I think maybe a Fitbit One that tracks sleep as well as fitness.

I love the Stronger Seniors DVDs and have many of them. I have problems with my knees so I use these because much of the exercise is seated. I try to walk about 2 miles every day and can't stand and exercise after that.

My current favorite form of exercise is walking!
Outside by myself or with my husband and/or daughter. Inside with a DVD or on my treadmill.

Walking is such a great stress reducer too!

Arobics is nice but for people like me its a NO-NO because I have NO CARTALIGE in my RIGHT SHOLDER & for me I learned the hard way that that is a workout routine that's safe for me. I have lost count on how many times I've injuried it & if you have injuried a joint of that area than that is something I PERSONAL don't advise you do.

IT is very relaxing, but for me it's also invigorating. I don't feel so much the need for a nap. It's more a lack of desire to go back inside and get busy on things that need to be done. I'd rather stay outside and breathe in all the scents, knowing that it won't last long and soon we'll be fighting the snow and ice again. Fall just doesn't last long enough!

So your favorite time for a walk is durning the fall! Well so is mine NOT only do I but while WALKING don't you find is RELAXING enough to observe the colors & see mother nature's colorful dress? I find myself when I get home I find that if its a cool day(not cold) I just want to go lay down & fall asleep because I'm so RELAX that I am at such peace that my day was filled with the confort & southing feeling that when I do I'm so sound asleep that I DON"T hear a thing. & I can't hear a thing till after I wake its time to workout & prepare for the next thing on my to do list.

I enjoy a good long walk in any weather includeing the days that are so cold that everthing shows some kind of BREATHING MOTION I'd like to hear from others if they ever were able to walk 50MILES in 24 HOURS I have & when I WALKED that 50MILES I did it in 22 1/2 HOURS anyone willing to take on this changle & do the 50 miles I did in 22 1/2 HOURS or better let me hear if you think you can? Is there any VOLENTEERS?

I love strength training. I think it is because of my arthritis. Strength training doesn't hurt me as much as some of the rest. I also like yoga.

I LOVE strength training. Call me a masochist but there's something that feels awesome about the repetition and intensity depending on how many sets I feel capable of that day.

I also love Zumba for the aerobic and fun factors! T-Tapp is more for stretching and lymphatic draining as well as toning.

My favorite is a toss up between Zumba and Leslie's 3 mile bootcamp.

I prefer walking outside but walking with Leslie inside is a plus as well. I love swimming too!

I like my stationary bike. I change the tension constantly making it really hard to pedal until I ache and then it feels so easy when you go back one or two clicks. I also periodically just start pedaling like crazy as I imagine a dinosaur chasing me. : ) Also works if I am watching an action movie and it is having a chase scene. I just join in the chase on my bike.
