Went to Zumba class this morning for an hour. Came home to a house of anxious kids, we decided to go sledding. Spent 40 minutes outside. Great day so far! Working a Spaghetti Dinner shortly.

ATM just managing to stand and shuffle around is about all the exercise I'm getting with this stupid back. Actually tho, when I do start walking and after the back loosens up it's not SO bad. May get the usual 3 miles in today. We'll see,

31 minutes on the treadmill - 410 calories burned. I keep upping the elevation and speed gradually everyday.

Yep. I still hate it. But I am up to 30 min a day of walking. Be it on the treadmill or around the block. However I am still very slow. Takes me 24 min to go a mile.

I walked on my WII (Walk it Out) for 1 hours, about 11,000 steps. We have alot of snow outside so I have been limited to inside activities.

I did some Wii Fit last night just before I went to bed, and took my DD for a wade through the water for about 45 minutes. She also played on some swings etc. So it was a good day. Otherwise just cleaning at home, eating well, but sleeping a bit more. I think the sun got to me. :)

Yes, I ran 3 miles at lunch and then met with my small group for 1.5 mile walk in the dark.
After helping put it together, I successfully broke 10 minutes in on my new elliptical!

Well lets see was feeling sick to my stomach so at 3AM I got up and started exercising. I completed 15 minutes on my Wii and then busted my booty with Leslie Sansone and walked 5.25 miles with her, talk about sweaty.

No. Getting rid of bronchitis. I did go downstairs to the laundry room and do 4 loads of laundry, mopped the front entry way and put up the coat hangers for the coats.

YES!!! Just joined a gym and spent an hour doing weights. I did 5 minutes on the stair stepper. Not much but I am beat. I feel great though :-) Drank 9 glasses of water and met my fruit goal too. It's a great day!

Structured, like an hour of walking, running or biking: No. However, after leaving the house at 11 am and having to walk for all but 2 hours of the 10 hours I was gone, then YES. I exercised.
