did squats and other things with my legs while doing dishes
then I did a lot of jogging (about an hour and a half)
then a 30 minute bike ride using the wii.
It was a fun change

I'm so frustrated. I have tendinitis in my ankle fir the second time this year & can't run. I did some strength training and 10 min on the bike. 3 weeks without running, it's not pretty around here!
