I'm so frustrated. I have tendinitis in my ankle fir the second time this year & can't run. I did some strength training and 10 min on the bike. 3 weeks without running, it's not pretty around here!

I ran 36 laps (which is a mile) inside the circumference of the training pool at the Y (which is 3' 7" deep water). Every 6 laps, I stopped and did 40 squats (for a total of 240 squats). Whew!!!
