Last night, I walked a colicing horse for over an hour. Great exercise I guess. Not really my idea of fun though on a Sunday night at 9:30 while waiting for the vet to come. She made it through the night and is acting better this morning, so that makes for great news to start the week!

I did a one hour spin class with a very motivated instructor...pushed me to my limit. Proud of myself because I was hesitant about taking the class because I t hought it would be too hard. Ended up with lots of energy even through the end. Tomorrow is toning class with weights where we also circuit train. My goal is to lose about 3-4 lbs this week. Slacked over the weekend.

I did a 45 minutes strength/cardio DVD by FIRM called Time-Crunch. I also hope to go to the gym today (since it's snowing! O.o) to run/walk my 5 miles.

I did my week 1 day 2 of my team challenge this evening. It was pouring outside so I decided I'm putting on my workout clothes and runners and heading into my basement with my MP3 player. And 30 mins later it was all done. And I'm feeling great. I went 2.29 km, burnt 330cal and did 4577 steps. Loving it. Happy Wednesday everyone.

well today tested my determination and motivation! Usually at lunch time, I walk 1.3 miles around the warehouse with two other ladies. Today, neither one of them were available to walk. So I almost didn't. Then I decided I'd do half the walk....when I got to the halfway point, I figured I might as well turn around and finish the walk. So, my lunch time was spent outdoors in the beautiful sunshine, completing my 1.3 mile walk! Test passed!

Wii fit plus with my HRM, and for 50 minutes of activity (39 on the wii) I burned 412 calories according to the heart rate monitor!

Sunday is what I call my day of rest. I do not do any structured exercies routine. I have been outdoors walking around the yard poking into my flower beds and doing yard patrol for dog mines. I have been up and down the stairs a dozen times inside the house and I plan to take the dog for a walk when I'm done Sparking. That's my exercise for today in a nutshell. *S*

Congrats on the 5k run! I hope it went well
Today I went to the gym early and did 20 minutes of a walk/run program burning about 200 calories. Then I did a bikini body strength routine from this month's issue of FITNESS magazine. I then walked to the store to get some pictures developed (another 15-20 mins. there). Finally, I went up to the stables today and hung out with my pony and brushed him up nicely :)
