My challenge is getting to all the teams huddling and reading blogs and posting in each one a day leaving little time for anything else. I was coming out of a depressive mode. Someone thought I should join the depression team....now I get back to depressed....Think I should quit that team? LOL

I challenged myself to lose at least 4 lbs and I have lost 2.5 so far. Doing this by eating very healthy without bread, sugar or refined foods. Also walk at least 50 mins. a day.
