I've been doing at least one 10 minute Spark (or other) exercise video every day and you know what? They've stopped being a chore or an effort and started to be something I look forward to each day - a pick-me-up of a sort. AMAZING!

Taking a few hours to chill following a busy day, with a book and cats curled up on my bed and a sleeping dog on the doggie bed on the floor next to my bed. Very calming and domestic, to be followed by a good night of sleep.

I tried a free Zumba class that was an hour long. Can we say it kicked my arse! OMG it was fun but very difficult too. I felt like I was lost with the moves but I'll try it again on Wed. b/c there is another free class.

Stayed in bed and watched a little TV this morning before lazing around with my coffee. Over now, must get chores done, but it was a wonderful morning.
Today I am putting off laundry, housework and bookkeeping to go outside and enjoy the unseasonably warm and sunny day with the kittens. January 12 with my doors and windows open to let the cleansing, fresh air in - and I live in northern Ontario, Canada - Sweeeeeeet!
I am going to take long walk outside for myself today and work on my homework!

Pick up the produce earlier today. I made a feta spinach fritatta large enough for 6 breakfasts. Less than 150 calories per serving.
There were tons of bananas and apples. Too many to eat right away. They are in the dehydrator along with the strawberries and blueberries. Will enjoy these as emergency food when out and about.
The asparagus and zucchini have been steamed and ready to eat.
Made guacamole out of the cilantro, grape tomatoes and Haas avocados. I will spread some on the romaine lettuce for an instant snack or lunch.
I love being creative in the kitchen and so do my friends.

I am going to make the time to get aquainted with my body. I am going to weigh myself daily. Not to freek over but to really monitor myself. I found myself in the Hospital New Year's Eve and they said I had heart damage. With two stints in place now I have to quit pretending to feel good, and realize when I feel good and when I don't. Monitoring my weigh will help me know what is water gain and what is not.
