This is a daily challenge. Each day leading up to Christmas itself I will post a new challenge, so come back and check the Goals & Challenges Forum each day. The day's challenge will always be at the top of the forum. Most of the challenges will be fitness related to help us combat all the holiday calories that run rampant this time of year, but not all. Here's today's challenge: We all know that saving for holuday shopping can be difficult. So to help you set aside some extra cash AND reward yourself for staying active over the holidays, your challenge is to take an empty jar or sock or box or whatever. To that container, add $0.01, $0.05, $0.10, $0.25, $1, $5 etc (you pick the amount) for each mile or km of training (walking, running, swimming, cycling, etc) that you do each day between now and 12/25, inclusive. Use this money to buy presents for your loved ones OR buy yourself something special for the holidays!
