You're not the only one - most of the challenges seem to be written by and designed for people half my age, haha! I just don't bother even reading most of them since they are so far out of my reach.

Due to some serious physical limitations I can't do any of the challenge exercises, and I suspect I'm not the only one. Do you have any suggestions for the mobility-challenged?
