I do wall push-ups for the same reason - alternate between diamond, regular and wide arm = can still fee it in my arms so must be doing something!

Each day is a chance to make new choices *hugs*

Just joined this morning. Doing wall push-ups right now: easier on my back. But I WORK those wall push ups to the extreme, never letting my muscles rest and varying the type I do.

23rd: 30 wide leg, feet 30 inches from wall, close hands at face level (touching at thumbs), slow, never fully extending to give myself a more intense workout. Where I felt it: made my back feel GOOD (keeping it very straight), focus mainly on triceps, biceps toward end. emoticon

I am in - this is a simple one I can do at home or at work during any kind of short break. Even tho I do wall ppush-ups cuz of my lower back - this challenge will help me make sure they pay off!

Forgot about this one as I went out of town Labor Day weekend and it took me awhile to get caught up with my other chores. Since we are doing a biggest loser challenge at work, tho, think I will put in some effort at the end of the month,

16 - 30 (10 each regular, diamond, wide) wall pushups
17 - 60 (20 each regular, diamond, wide) wall pushups
18 - hard day at work - rest day
19 = 45 (15 each regular, diamond, wide) wall pushups
20 - 60 (20 each regular, diamond, wide) wall pushups
21 - 75 (25 each regular, diamond, wide) wall pushups
22 - 90 (30 each regular, diamond, wide) wall pushups
23 - 60 (20 each regular, diamond, wide) wall pushups
