September Cardio Challenge

How many minutes of cardio can you get in this month?

Everyone has different cardio goals, so this month your challenge is to post your minutes of cardio daily. If you have a rest day, of course you do not need to post for that day.

If you have the total number of cardio minutes you completed for the previous month, list them, and see if you can be that number!

To join in on this challenge reply to this thread; then each day come back and edit your posting by putting the number of cardio minutes you completed for that day!
