Update 5/2: I hurt my back very badly at some point before yesterday. I have a severe strain in my lower back, and am on a bunch of medications just to be able to shift positions. There will be no activity for at least a week, probably longer. BUT: I am going to focus on logging my food and blogging (though I have to admit that typing hurts - I can do it in spurts, though, so NO EXCUSES!!) See my blog for more information.

I'm due with Baby #2 in September of 2013.

I'm in a high risk pregnancy, and am limited on what I can do. More importantly, I've been told not to watch calories or fat grams, but I do need to monitor my carbs very closely.

Hey Y’all! I don’t know about you, but after several months of being really good about tracking what I eat and drinking all my water, I’m finding I’m having some issues with consistency the last couple weeks. So I’ve designed this challenge to help us all with our consistency. And here’s how it works….

You pick the three (3) goals that you want to be more consistent with – one in each of the following categories: NUTRITION, FITNESS, and MOTIVATION. For each day you meet each goal, take 25 pts! IF you are consistent with all three of your goals all week….take a bonus 75 points!

The Accountability… Copy and paste the tracking template below to this discussion thread. Don’t forget to tell us what your goals are. They should be something you have to do every day, as opposed to lose 1 lb during the week.

The Scoring … 25 pts for each goal you meet each day; 75 bonus points if you are consistent with all three goals all week. Maximum Points for this challenge = 600 points.

Administration:
ONLY ONE (1) TRACKING POST PER PERSON PLEASE!!! Edit your post each day to account for what you did that day!

At the top of your tracking post you will see some basic info, name starting weight, ending weight, add goal for the week. If you do not want to post your weight, that’s not a problem. The goal for the week can be anything from a weight goal to a fitness goal to a nutrition goal to anything else you may want to accomplish this week. Totally up to you!

Don’t forget to total up your scores at the end of the week!!
