4 out of 5 weekdays this past week I was on the TM at 4:30 am for a 30 minute walk with a few minutes of jogging in there. I'm so proud of myself! I met my treadmill goal for this week!

Today there is a beautiful white blanket covering the ground. I'm headed outside to see if I can find the driveway and the sidewalk!

Long run day! getting ready for half marathon- 10 miles. Then helped stack 3 tons of wood pellets- I think I worked up more of a sweat carrying those 40 lb bags back and forth!

Spent 6 hours yesterday on outdoor chores and ended the day completely exhausted.
Today just a nice, easy Harley Pasternak routine and a walk on the treadmill with no, or very little, incline.

OMG - what a workout yesterday.
Went to the gun club and cleaned out one of the buildings with hubby.
5 hours of moving, pushing, pulling, stacking, sweeping and cleaning includes 3 trips to the dump with a large trailer full of debris and crap.
I'm so tired today that I'm only going to do a very easy, light walk on the treadmill.

Lots of cardio:
-walk to and from work
-treadmill for an hour
-strength daily on daily rotation; core one day, lower the next, upper following that and back to the rotation again. But I do different exercises each time so no strength session is the same.

Been so busy lately that I've only been doing my walking to and from work (35 min each way) and core and strength when I get home, sometimes a little jog on the treadmill or a short step aerobic workout. Weekends are gardening, housework and yard work and a serious fitness routine.

Yesterday: seriously heavy cleaning, including washing walls and floors of entire main floor of house (2 bedrooms, bathroom, dining room, living room & kitchen.

Today: trim and mow 2 yards - mine and my neighbour's - trim bushes and lilacs, clean pond filters, weekly maintenance on 100 gallon aquarium (change 30% water while vacuuming substrate, rinse ann silk plants, clean ornaments, clean one filter (there are 2) and refill. And rewash living room and kitchen floors with vinegar (a must do after the aquarium clean.)

I've been walking to work and back daily roughly 2 miles each way (even in this heat) with my new LA Gear Shape Up shoes. When I get home I do some strength training: core one day, upper the next and lower the following and begin rotation over again. This is on the days that I do not have to mow lawns or other outdoor physical activities for exercise.
