I am going to Japan in September and I am kind of worried about keeping up with losing weight while there. I have heard mixed stories about weight gain and loss from people going there. I mean I don't mind eating weird stuff all the time, if that is a problem. I figure try everything at least once before hating it.
Any helpful tips to keep me on track with my weight loss?
