I DID NOT FEEL LIKE DOING MY WALKING YESTERDAY, BUT I HAVE TO KEEP MOTIVATING MYSELF BEING MY WALKING BUDDY IS GONE. HE DID A LOT OF IT WITH ME AND WOULD BE WAITING FOR ME EVERYDAY. HE WOULD BE SITTING OUTSIDE OF HIS HOUSE, READY TO WALK, AND WE'D GO FOR A LONG WALK DAILY, BUT HE WILL WATCH OVER ME AND I THINKING HE HE WAS STILL HERE WITH ME...

DID MY EXERCISING INSIDE MY HOUSE AND IT WAS TOO COLD TO DO ANY OUTSIDE. MAYBE TOMORROW WILL BE WARMER AND I CAN DO MY DAILY WALK. DO NOT THINK BUDDY WILL BE JOINING ME. HE 'S GETTING OLD AND DOES LIKE TO WALK MUCH ANYMORE.

DRESSING WARM WITH HEAVY COAT, HAT AND GLOVES. STILL WALKING OUTSIDE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND COMING BACK INSIDE. TOO COLD TO STAY OUTSIDE VERY LONG AND THINK I AM GOING TO DO MY EXERCISES INSIDE FOR A FEW DAYS.

I HAVE BEEN WALKING OUTSIDE WITH BUDDY AND THIS TIME HE WENT WITH ME AND WAS SLOW AT HIS WALKING. HE DID HIS USUAL SNIFFING AROUND AND SEE 1 RABBIT AT THE END OF OUR WALK. GAVE HIM SOME FRESH WATER (WHICH CHANGE EVERY MORNING) AND HE WAS LAPPING IT UP. GUESS HE GOT THIRSTY WHILE WE WERE WALKING.

WALKING FOR THE LAST 2 1/2 MONTHS, BEEN WALKING OUTSIDE WITH BUDDY (HE'S A BEAGLE AND CHOW MIX). HE'S MY WALKING PARTNER AND SOME DAYS HE DOES NOT WANT TO WALK. Another clean-up today, though not nearly as much as below. Added some strength training, about half my full routine, before DH & GS returned home. Don't know if I'll do anymore - it's getting late - or just head for the shower now.

Cleaning up, washing dishes, scrubbing the floors, vacuuming.
Stretching and strength training.

Feeling a LOT better... kept all my food down yesterday and today, and got my energy back today too. Next time, when I smell a food and THINK it might be questionable, I'm not going to take the chance of eating it.

One "benefit" - I'm eating lots of soup, and it seems to be working as studies have shown, because my appetite is much less. Of course, it could just be that my stomach is still tender, but I think it's the soup!

Gotta get out to the store, or have DH go. Haven't even thought about groceries since I got sick, and we're out of everything. I'll ask DH to go to the Farmer's Market too, so we can replenish our fruits and veggies.

Got 120 min. playing the fiddle, 30 minutes, walking, 15 minutes strength training. Ohhh and 60 minutes bending, stretching, etc. doing extreme house work.
