We have just two team goals, drink 8 cups of water each day and get 500 fitness minutes each month. That averages out to around 4-5 workouts a week of just 30 minutes each! I know you guys can do it!
Additionally, some people shy away from the 8 cups of water because they just don't think it is possible. There are a lot of alternatives, drinking decaffeinated tea, flavored water mix, you name it! Please join the goals and let's see how we can do!
