Hey are any of you still doing the Body Revolution? I am on week 3 of body revolution. I thought weeks 1 and 2 were not that bad, but workouts 3 and 4 are kicking my butt. The plank stuff is hard to do, but I am still trying to do it. I am not doing the cardio dvds as I walk/jog and go to the gym and do a lot of cardio dancing and such there. Anyone seeing results? Between the gym, walk/jogging, and this program, I have lost inches off my hips, thighs, waist, arms, and gone down 1 size. I don't know how much of it is from body revolution, but I know it is helping me out a lot. I only have 11 pounds to go to get to my goal weight. But I also want to tighten and tone my body. Good luck to anyone that is doing it still, keep it up!

I hope Phase 2 is just as great! I am also loving it so far... Did you find the plank ups to be hard too? I still have no upper body strength but will push it through this last week and see if that helps .. ONE MORE hahaha

Week 1 Body Rev finished! That was an awesome week! Looking forward to the day off tomorrow and back at it on Monday. I feel so energized and ready to go.

Hope everyone pushed it for their workouts today! ;)

Day 5 for me today! I feel great... I know how badly she is going to kick our butts once we get into Phase 3. But this phase is about getting us there. Building strength , stability and stamina! The cardio workout is kick A$$. Straight 30min is just what I needed. I am working on this to get back to running by June. I have always been a runner but over the years I lost touch with the strength training needed to keep those muscles going.

I just started workout 3 yesterday, so I am on my third week now. I am loving it so far! I am not doing the cardio videos because I am also training for a half marathon so my runs take care of my cardio. I also thought the first two videos were pretty easy compared to her other videos but I keep reminding myself that this program is meant to build up to workout 12 so I know she will be kicking my butt soon! I also use much heavier weights than in the videos (10-15lbs) so that helps kick the intensity up a notch!

No, I am not doing the kickstart, I wanted to get right to it. I just did day 1 today and I am not to terribly impressed after doing a number of her other workouts, but I'm excited to complete it anyway and it's just day 1, so who knows.

I loved it. Was more structure than the shred. I felt it all day long. Good luck!! Are you doing the kickstart?
