I have done levels 1 and 2...I think it's ok. Definitely not my favorite of hers. I feel like #1, my heart rate doesn't get up as much during this workout, so I am burning a lot less calories than on 6 weeks to a 6 pack. I like that there are some new and different ab moves, some are a bit difficult though to figure out. To be honest I like a lot of what she does that she calls "old school". Overall, I have actually still been doing 6 pk for my abs workouts, but I have done this a few times. Maybe the more I do it, I'll like it more? Currently I really love No More Trouble Zones, it works everything, which I like! Hope that helps some.

I was wondering what other people thought, too. Today, I picked up a copy, so I'll let you know once I try it. If you try it, please share your thoughts! I have it playing now (I like to watch before I do it) and it looks good. I'm sure it is! Haven't been disappointed by Jillian's DVDs yet.

I have done Level one and I love it...love it more than 6w6p but definitely effective. I was definitely sore the next day!

I bought it and I like it A LOT! I remember feeling like I liked it A LOT MORE than 6WK6PK, but I can't remember what it was about it that was better for my body. I've only tried it a few times. I'd be doing it everyday, but I'm trying to cut back on my exercise, and just finish BR already. emoticon

I LOVE all of the Jillian dvd's I have bought, minus the Shred it with Weights, that one I wasn't a huge fan of. Anyway, I have 6wk to a 6pk and enjoy it, just wondering if any of you have tried this one and like it or not, and why. Thanks!
