GAIAM customer service has been fantastic to work with. Anytime I've had a problem, I've just called and they solve it, so far free of charge. Maybe if your friend calls, since she's the one that bought it, they'd send her a new one. But the fitness guide is really NOT a big deal.

When your friend gave it to you, did she put the Discs in something else? Because the discs came in 3 folders, Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3. The rotation calendar just reads… Week 1: Mon Workout 1, Tues: Workout 2, Wed, Cardio 1, Thursday, Workout 1, Friday: Workout 2, Sat: Cardio 1, Sun Rest. WEEK 2 is exactly the same, Weeks 3 & 4, you use workouts 3 & 4 and cardio 1. Then phase 2 is the same using workouts 5 & 6 and cardio 2, for weeks 5 & 6 and workouts 7 & 8 and cardio 2 for weeks 7 & 8. Phase three is the same thing with workouts 9 & 10 and Cardio 3 for weeks 9 & 10, and workouts 11 & 12 and cardio 3 for weeks 11 & 12.

Her Kick Start week, just tells you to do an A.M. and P.M workout. The EXTRA workout for the day, is a Cardio session.

Hopefully your friend lent you her food plan. Because that's a lot more important.
Good luck. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I wonder if there is a way to get a copy of it? Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

The program is broken up into 12 weeks, you have a back of the body workout and a front of the body workout that you do for two weeks straight. You do the same cardio workout for 4 weeks. It's 30 minutes a day 6 days a week. The workouts are numbered to go along with the weeks you do them. So workouts 1 & 2 go together, and 3 & 4 and they all go with Cardio 1. So, you rotate your workouts, Week 1, you do workout 1, workout 2, cardio 1, workout 1, workout 2, cardio 1, rest. Week two you do the same thing. Then you move on to workouts 3 & 4, and do the same thing for two weeks and so on. If you want more, you can do a cardio workout every day and two cardio workouts on your cardio days..

Thank you! I'm sure I'll struggle with getting through it, too. I've tried to do 30DS so many times, I just gave up. LOL! I'm feeling great that tomorrow is my last workout for the first week of Ripped in 30. My package should be here on Friday, but with the issues I've been having with FedEx, probably not till the Monday or Tuesday after...

I am very excited, and LOVE Jillian Michaels workouts.

You should check out the Body Revolution team.

If you're finishing up Ripped in 30, you might think weeks 1 &2 are on the easy side. Jillian is constantly reminding you that they are "foundation" weeks, and gives you ideas on how to make it harder. But i really like her teaching style, and the class setting. I didn't finish the program, (only made it to week 8) because I got sidetracked by joining KoKo FitClub for the summer. I'm looking forward to the new Challenge BLACKANDI has created using all of Jillian's DVDs, and after that's over, I'll probably get back to Body Revolution.

Oh lucky you! I've been eyeing this for a while now but don't have the $ to spend right now!
Sorry I can't give you any input you've been hoping for but just wanted to wish you good luck and let us know how you like it!
I have to use Jillian's other DVDs more often! (Right now I'm doing a Firm Express rotation)

I ordered Body Revolution a couple days ago, and am so excited to get it in!!

Has anyone else done this? Results? What is the eating plan like?

I'm doing Ripped in 30 right now, and will finish that up, since I'll be at the end of Week 2/beginning of Week 3 when it comes in, so I won't start until next month.
