Ok I may be late on this but to my surprise while watching Exercise TV on On Demand, I clicked on kickboxing and I saw Natalie from Jillian's 30 Day Shred. Her real name is Natalie Yco and I just got so excited. I didn't even know she did her own workout videos. Here is the link: www.exercisetv.tv/workout-videos/cardio/to

For anyone who enjoys cardio kickboxing like I do, it is a 20 minute workout you can probably add to your exercise routine.

On a side note, I recently discovered this Exercise TV and it's a great way to switch up on my exercise routine without it costing me any extra. At the moment with a new baby, the gym is not an option. Check it out if you have On Demand.
