I use all of my workouts. I'll upload my spreadsheet to my blog and will drop the link here later on. I write about my DVDs in my blog as well. I buy new ones all the time and I review them to help others. So look for the link later.

Aside from the Jillian Michaels DVDs, would you care to share which ones you own/use most frequently?

WHOA...that's amazing. Thank you so much for all the detail in your workouts. I never thought that working with your own body weight can give you such amazing results. And thanks for the links...I've seen bodyrock.tv and was always intimidated by her workouts. But I'll definitely try the modificiations if I need to. I'll look into the myomytv.com as well. I hope to get to your fitness level someday!!!

I own a lot of workout DVDs so I do a different one everyday. I don't plan my workouts down to the DVD, but I always keep the same format I posted before. I go downstairs into my home gym (very small space, but it's mine) and I stand in front of my shelf where all of my DVDs live and I choose the one that fits the way I feel that day. That's it. I also use some workouts from bodyrock.tv and myomytv.com for when I want to workout outside.

As far as calisthenics, it's the same deal every time. I do 5 sets, 7 reps of pull up / chin up variations, 5 sets, 7 reps of elevated dips, 5 sets, 7 reps of push up variations and 5 sets, 7 reps of ab variations on the bar. I do this to build muscle faster and to build strength (I can hit hard).

I do circuits and interval training - A LOT I LOVE CIRCUITS - to burn fat and sculpt - higher reps, low weights which also includes lots of leg work using light weight...I do straight up strength workouts sometimes because it's boring and I get better results from doing calisthenics - it's quick and fun to me.

BLACKANDI, do you do different DVDs every day that you workout? Where do you get your ideas for different workouts every month? I'm so intrigued that you do various workouts every month, so I'm curious!!

My -weekly rotation always looks like this. I never do the same workout more than once a month.

M - strength or circuit + calisthenics (20 sets, 7 reps)
T - cardio
W - strength or circuit + calisthenics (20 sets, 7 reps)
Th - cardio
F - strength or circuit + calisthenics (20 sets, 7 reps)
Sa - off
Su - off

I do 10 mins of stretching after my workouts everyday.

How do you like to combine them? So far, I have BFBM, NMTZ, Yoga Meltdown, 30DS, Biggest Winner Kickboxing DVD and the Last Chance Workout. For now, I usually do the following:

Mon: NMTZ + 20 min Kickboxing
Tues: BFBM + 30DS
Wed: NMTZ + Yoga Meltdown
Thurs: BFBM + 30DS
Fri: NMTZ + 20 min Kickboxing
Sat: Rest
Sun: BFBM + Yoga Meltdown

During the days when I feel lazier, I just pop in the Last Chance workout since I feel as if it's a bit easier than the rest of her DVDs.

Just wanted to get some ideas on how you all combine your workouts for the day.
