I made up a journal as an excel spreadsheet so I can do it on the computer. I'm starting tonight! I am so ready for a nap right now. I have been tired all day and it doesn't help that my back hurts. I may be taking a muscle relaxer or pain med when I get home, but then it will make me groggy in the morning because I should have taken it earlier. The pain med doesn't make me feel groggy, but at least I will sleep.
I printed out the article and the calendar and have taped them inside of my sleep journal. I can't wait to start. Not only will I fix my sleeping issues, but hopefully I can actually complete a challenge! I can't wait!
