I attempted my walking and running and did okay for a bit, but then I got sick and even being up and around for 10 minutes at a time was strenuous!

I am slowing getting better and looking forward to each new day!

Well yesterday I made a point to walk the mall, nonstop for 10 minutes, so I would get to this daily goal. Today I hope to make it to the gym and walk for 30-60 minutes. We shall see right!

For some reason I did not go walking two days ago, but i did go last night! I am planning to go today as well!

Anyone else planning on walking or running? maybe even jogging or skipping? =D

Every day this week I will be walking or running for a minimum of 10 minutes, without stopping.
