Doesn't appear to be any. Well, I'll grab the bull by the horns, so to speak, and put out a challenge for myself and anyone else who wants to do it: Do at least 90 minutes of aerobic exercise before midnight, December 3rd!
I'm at 30 minutes so far myself thus far.

Hello Everyone - New and Old. I requested to be a co-leader, and each week (Sunday nite) I will post a new challenge for us - this will normally involve a combination of Nutrition, Exercise, and overall wellbeing with "point goals" attached to a desired level. Any suggestions for next week's challenge can be sparkmailed to me. Challenges will start on Mondays and end on Sundays. Welcome again!
