I've tracked my food very little the last couple months but I must be doing something right as I've lost more in the last month as I did in the previous year, and that includes my weekend of AYCE junk food Otakon.

I just finished my first week of tracking yesterday! It was really hard to see how many calories I really was eating and only had one day where I actually stayed in my calorie range. :( But as they say every journey starts with a single step! My goal this week is to stay closer to my range.

100% Anna. Contains no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.

So far I've been under by quite a bit, but that's largely also due to some fairly extreme stresses and lack of healthy foods around the house. Sadly, I don't currently have the money or the clout to convert our whole household to at least moderately healthy foods, but at least I've been able to keep the junk to a minimum, and one thing I'm thankful for is that I can't drink pop. Can't do juices either, but hey, at least those sugars and chemicals aren't in my body.

Well, honestly, I have no idea how many calories I ate today. It could not have been that bad though. Let's see...: a few fries and hushpuppies, a chicken tender, two oranges, two bananas, a cup of diet coke and a half dozen crabs. (I work in a seafood restaurant as a fry cook)

Our challenge is fairly simple this month - Use the food tracker every day! Post here daily or weekly and let us know if you were under or over your daily/weekly goals as far as calories, carbs, etc. go. Let's get fit so we can wear the costumes we love!
