Hi everyone! I'm going to try and lose 20 lbs by Christmas. :) Anyone else want to join me in losing weight by Christmas?
Starting weight: 336
Goal weight: 306
Can I do it?! Here are a few tips for parties...
Like egg nog? Try Soy nog! It's less fattening!
Bring a fruit bowl or veggie tray to detour yourself from some of the bad things. If everyone is eating it, people won't notice as much that you are avoiding some fatty foods. I've done that and most people didn't notice I was on a diet... they just assumed I brought some really good fruit and ate with me!
:) Peppermint tea is better for you that Hot Chocolate! Offer both at parties!
Let's hope I can lose 20 pounds!! O_O;
