Lost 15 pounds since January. Planning to lose another 20 by October to be at 210. (Man, it feels nice to have to edit the weight needed to lose to a lower number). Started at 245, currently 230, goal is 175.
Working on becoming a Registered Dietitian and to lose weight to become a better self and a better role model for my (future) clients.
I have tried Silk's soy nog and I will say that it does have the same taste...but not the texture that I so dream and crave...T_T. However, I limit myself to half cup (which is a standard serving for eggnog) a day IF I have been a good little girl and exercised ^_^.
And have you noticed that we've been the only members active in this forum? Is it just me?

Like egg nog? Try Soy nog! It's less fattening!
Bring a fruit bowl or veggie tray to detour yourself from some of the bad things. If everyone is eating it, people won't notice as much that you are avoiding some fatty foods. I've done that and most people didn't notice I was on a diet... they just assumed I brought some really good fruit and ate with me!
:) Peppermint tea is better for you that Hot Chocolate! Offer both at parties!
