Here is my 5 week Express FIRM/Turbo Jam Rotation that will take me through October. When school starts back, I need quick workouts that deliver while I adjust to a new teaching schedule. I've combined the shorter versions of Turbo Jams but you can substitute any of the Cardio Party DVDs if you have the time.
Week One (August 25-August 31st) 25 - FIRM Hard Core Fusion Express (C+S) 26 - TJ Burn plus 20 Minute Workout (C) 27 - FIRM Supercharged Sculpting (S) 28 – TJ Cardio Party Remix (C) 29 – FIRM Body Sculpt Blaster (S) 30 – FIRM Power Yoga 31 – REST
Week Two (September 1-September 7th) 1 – TJ Booty Sculpt (S) 2 - Total Body Time Crunch Express (C+S) 3 - Turbo Jam Fat Blaster (C) 4 - Body Sculpt Blaster (S) 5 - Ultimate Fat Burning Workout (C+S) 6 – Optional Cardio of Choice 7 – Rest
Week Three (September 8-14th) 8– Boot camp Max Calorie Burn (C+S) 9 - TJ Burn + 20 Minutes (C) 10 - Jiggle Free Arms (C+S) 11 – TJ Fat Blaster (C) 12- Jiggle Free Buns (C+S) 13 – FIRM Power Yoga 14 – TJ Ab Jam (standing and floor)
Week Four (September 15-21) 15 - FIRM Not So Tough Aerobics (C) 16 - FIRM Tight Legs and Killer Buns (S) 17 - FIRM Fat Blasting Cardio (C) 18– FIRM Upper Body Sculpt (S) 19 – FIRM Express Cardio (C) 20 – Optional Cardio of Choice 21 – Rest
Week Five (September 22-28) 22 – TJ Cardio Party Remix 23 – FIRM Upper Body 24 – TJ Burn plus 20 Minute Workout 25 – FIRM Jiggle Free Abs 26 – TJ Fat Blaster 27 – FIRM Standing Legs 28 - Rest
